Sometimes, we need to look at the full potential of a Joint Venture in order to get really excited about it. Also, when we know that, statistically, 87% of new businesses will fail, many people are afraid of risking their savings, time and reputation in some “Business Opportunity”. Joint Ventures is a great alternative. In fact, in my opinion, it is the only alternative.

We also looked at the other reasons why Joint Ventures would appeal to people. By earning more money and creating a regular flow of passive income, they could regain their dignity and self respect, security and control, privacy and quality of life. They could look after their family, enjoy holidays and educate their children and themselves. Visit a few seniors homes and talk with anyone who has financial problems and I know you’ll agree with me.

All of a sudden, this fellow in California got very excited at this massive potential. He asked me a simple question: “If I can get you onto radio stations and in front of people, will you pay me commissions on all resulting business?” Of course I will! Then he asked, “Can you create products to fit different situations and industries?” Naturally, I can.

When we see huge potential and we have a viable, proven tool to take advantage of that potential, we get excited, then we take action, then we get rich. Because Zig Ziglar said, “You can get anything you want out of life, if you’re prepared to help enough other people to get what they want.”

Next, write a list of categories into which all of your daily necessities are represented, and keep it alphabetical. Don’t go crazy in trying to have a category for everything. If you don’t have children, you don’t need a diaper section! It all depends on what products you normally buy. For example, you might have these twelve categories:

Medicine Cereals Frozen Foods
Fruits/Veggies Household Items Meats
Paper Goods Pet Food Snacks
You could always subdivide within categories as well (eg, having smaller sections within Household Items for things like lighting, cleaning, dishes). Once you’ve got your categories, you’re home free! The trick is to keep at your system; don’t get lazy! When you clip your coupons, file them away immediately unless you plan to use them right away, or else you’ll end up with a pile of cluttered, disorganized coupons on your kitchen counter!
If you have special offers like free samples or rain checks, keep these in the back of your file and check them periodically.
It also helps if you put the shortest expiration dates in the front so you’ll see those coupons first, but make sure to go through your file every month to throw out expired coupons, especially at the end of the calendar year when many coupons expire. Otherwise, your drawer/folder will fill up faster than you can use the coupons!
When you are ready for your weekly shopping trip (or biweekly) make your list of items then go to your coupon file. Pull out the coupons you’ll need and put them into a small envelope so that you can match them to the correct product when you get to the store. Check the expiration dates one more time before you go to make sure you won’t end up with an expired deal.
Don’t get discouraged if you still have trouble acquainting yourself to a system at first. Like all systems, the coupon-organizer takes time to adjust to, but as long as you remain consistent with your filing procedure, you’ll save tons of time and tons of money! Once you get organized with a system you know and feel comfortable with, you will be able to cut your sorting time into a fraction of what it once was. It’s as simple as that!

While the use of intumescent material certainly helps quite a bit in terms of safety from fire spreading, there are a few things one has to note of. First, that excessive moisture tends to ruin the material — and thus proper installation of the material on an environment that is relatively low in humidity is crucial. Secondly, that the human response to the fire must be immediate enough as the intumescent material does not last very long and only serves as a temporary «shield» from further damage. Indeed, intumescent material works best when applied together with other fire protection methods such as a fire alarm and a network of sprinklers.

Used properly, intumescent material such as the intumescent strips mentioned above give ample time and help for response to the occuring fire. This is especially useful in bigger establishments such as in buildings, schools, offices but has ample use for the home as well. This is because the bigger the area, the longer the response time and preventing further damage to expensive building material is more cost-effective than replacing them with new ones.
